Resale is the centre of our business, because you only learn what a building is really like once you walk into it. Even so, a new-build project is sometimes the better answer, and we will say so. Since we have visited every project below on site, we can speak plainly about its location, its handover schedule, its payment plan and how easily it rents out after completion.

Three questions come up in almost every off-plan purchase. First, when is handover really? Second, what is available second-hand in the same district?
