Questions foreign buyers ask us

Is December 2027 a firm date?

It is the contractual target. Turkish off-plan contracts normally give the developer a grace period beyond the stated month, and the length of that period is written into your contract. We translate that clause for you before you sign.

Can this purchase lead to Turkish citizenship?

Only if a title deed worth at least 400,000 USD is registered in your name, with the three-year restriction noted on it. In an off-plan purchase the deed timing is the deciding factor, so ask us to check the position for the specific unit.

I want to resell at handover. Is that realistic?

It can be, but be clear-eyed: 2,644 homes complete at roughly the same time, so you will be selling into a market with a lot of similar stock. We will give you our honest read on that rather than the sales-office answer.

Can I see the site before deciding?

Yes. We film the construction and send it on WhatsApp, and if you come to Istanbul we take you to the site and to the two projects we would compare it against.
