Questions foreign buyers ask us

When is handover?

The developer has not published a delivery date for this project yet. We get the contractual month in writing for you before you commit — if a sales office gives you a date verbally and will not put it in the contract, that is your answer.

Can I buy an office as a foreigner?

Yes, foreign buyers can own commercial property in Turkey under the same rules as residential. The citizenship threshold applies to the title deed value regardless of property type.

Does it qualify for Turkish citizenship?

If the title deed registered in your name is valued at 400,000 USD or more and carries the three-year restriction, yes. In an off-plan purchase the deed timing decides it, so ask us to check the specific unit.

How do I see it from abroad?

We film a walk-through on site and send it on WhatsApp. If you come to Istanbul we take you there and to the two projects we would compare it against.
