This notice explains how we process your personal data when you fill in a form on our website or in one of our ads, write to us on WhatsApp or call us. It is prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

1. Data controller

2. What data we process

• Identity and contact: your full name and phone number.
• Your request: your answers in the form; the type of home you are looking for, number of rooms, your timing, and the project or residence you are interested in.
• Language: the language in which you use our website or form.
• Ad and source information: which ad or page brought you to us (campaign details, gclid and utm parameters, the address of the page where you filled in the form).
• Technical data: your IP address and cookie data.

Our forms do not ask for ID numbers or special categories of personal data (such as health or religion).

3. How we collect your data

We collect your data through the enquiry forms on our website, lead forms in Facebook, Instagram and Google ads, WhatsApp conversations, phone calls and cookies, by automated or partly automated means.

4. Why we process your data

• To respond to your enquiry,
• To have one of our consultants call you,
• To show you listings and projects that match what you are looking for,
• To measure and improve our advertising.

5. Legal grounds

• Necessary for entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): to answer your enquiry, call you and present suitable listings.
• Legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f): to measure our ads and improve our service, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
• Explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1): we send marketing messages such as campaigns and promotions only if you have given your explicit consent. You can withdraw it at any time.

6. Who we share your data with

• Durukan consultants: the real estate consultants who will handle your enquiry.
• Service providers: Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), Google, WhatsApp, and our hosting and automation providers.
• Competent authorities: only where the law requires it.

Some of these providers keep their servers outside Türkiye, so your data may be transferred abroad. Such transfers are carried out in line with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK.

7. How long we keep your data

• Enquiry and contact records: 2 years from our last contact with you.
• If a contract is concluded: for the period required by the applicable legislation.
• Ad and source cookies: up to 90 days.
• Marketing permissions: until you withdraw your consent.

When the period ends, we delete, destroy or anonymise your data.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may contact us to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information about the processing,
• Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose,
• Learn the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your data is transferred,
• Ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected,
• Ask for your data to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
• Ask that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties who received your data,
• Object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis of your data,
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data was processed unlawfully.
