This clarification text is in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). Durukan Real Estate Consultancy Limited Company (“DURUKAN”) as the data controller within the scope of the article and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfillment of the Disclosure Obligation.

A total of 3 security cameras located in the executive room, meeting room and visitor waiting room service area in our office are used for video and audio recording in order to ensure office security and to train employees to provide effective service to customers. The recording process is supervised by us and no other institution, organization or third party has access to these records.

The personal data in question is subject to Article 5 of the LPPD. “it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation” and “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”.

Such personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.
