Durukan Real Estate lists resale apartments for rent in Istanbul in the same complexes it sells in: 1453 Maslak, Maslak My Home, Eclipse Maslak and Mashattan in Maslak, plus Levent, Vadistanbul, Kağıthane, Göktürk and Çınarköy in Çekmeköy. As of September 2026, the median monthly rent of our listings is about 80,000 TL in Maslak and in Çınarköy and about 75,000 TL in Kağıthane; in Levent a 1+1 rents for about 45,000 TL and a 3+1 for about 150,000 TL. Rents are quoted in Turkish lira per month, and viewings can be arranged in English.
